She hooked the piece using cuts #5 and #7.
The center flag is a printed material that was sewn to the piece and then hooked around it.
Rita Frantz - Plaid border with Star center
This piece was taught in a class with Jyl Robbins when she taught for our guild in July of 2025. Rita hooked the plaid that Jyl taught to several students however, Rita requested a star for the center motif.
This piece was hooked in a #3 cut.
